Hyatt Place Riverside/Downtown

"Room was very nice and clean. Main complaint is they charge you 30 dollars a day to park your car at their hotel. Very uncommon because being from Vegas of all places I never heard of charging guests to park at the hotel they’re staying at. Also front desk girl had a personality of a rock, very depressing to talk to, no greeting, nothing."

"Taron was by far the most friendly of hotel staff check in I have encountered. Made me feel like a special guest and quickly helped with our requests and despite being in the evening time. Would for sure come back and stay at this hotel for all our future visits. Only thing is wish parking was closed, structure, and more secure than open space lot and also pricing but for what you get is a nice newly constructed place. And..."

"Had a wonderful stay here while visiting my daughter. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Location is central and convenient. Love their breakfast that comes with hotel stay, fresh and a great selection of breakfast items. Staff extremely attentive during the meal. Parking attendant also friendly and accommodating. Gym and pool available on site, looks well maintained. Management must be doing something right, please keep up the excellent work. Very pleased with entire experience. Thank you!"
